The Oyster Inn overlooks the falls of Lora where whirlpools and spectacular white water flows at the ebb and flood tides. The hotel also enjoys magnificent views to the mountains of Movern and Mull and is strategically placed for visiting Argyll's main attractions. It was built originally in the 18th century to serve ferry passengers but the ferry has since been made redundant by the modern road bridge alongside the cantilever railway bridge of 1903.
Our Bedrooms are comfortable and have wonderful pictures of the locale. There are power showers to die for, ensuring that guests enjoy the ultimate in relaxation! Each Room is named after one of the islands, lochs and rare malt whiskies or bays adjacent.
