Bedrooms
We have twelve individually styled bedrooms with a fresh, contemporary, Scandinavian type feel to them. Our two Superior four-poster rooms and four Sea Loch View rooms have stunning sea views over Loch Linnhe to the islands of Lismore and Shuna and the Morvern Peninsula beyond. This unique water's edge setting provides pure peace and tranquility to give you a perfect night's sleep with soft cotton sheets, feather down duvets and beautifully soft pillows.
The 2010 newly renovated contemporary bathrooms with either bath or walk-in shower, are supplied with luxurious Arran Aromatics products, made with essential oils and natural ingredients. Wi-fi internet access is available within the hotel, whilst all rooms have remote control digital colour television, direct dial telephone, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Restaurant
Our renowned AA Rosetted Restaurant has won a fast-growing reputation as one of Argyll's best-kept secrets. We aim to share with you our passion for excellent food, wine and service. We hope that you enjoy dining with us.
We use only the finest seasonal Scottish seafood, meat, game and vegetables. We work very closely with our local suppliers to achieve exceptionally high standards of quality and fresh ingredients. This is one of the secrets of our success. Our oysters are hand-picked from the Lismore oyster beds; mussels and langoustines are harvested from Loch Linnhe and Loch Etive; and our lobsters and crab are kept mouth-wateringly fresh in creels at the end of the pier which guests may view, subject to tides. In addition to seafood, we serve a variety of beautifully fresh local meat and wild game from farms and private estates, as well as vegetarian dishes.
Overlooking the original pier that still runs a foot-passenger ferry to the island of Lismore, the restaurant and bar offer a perfect vantage point from which to watch local fishermen land their catch. This is one of the few remaining places on the west coast of Scotland that supports a thriving and dynamic local trade, and where it is possible to while away the time just watching the ever-changing life and views.
