Port Charlotte is an attractive conservation village built of whitewashed stone around 1830 on the west shore of Loch Indaal. A large comfortable conservatory opens out into the beer garden which overlooks the sea. The hotel has an a la carte restaurant serving local produce and also serve excellent bar lunches and evening bar meals in the cosy bar. The residents lounge and public bar feature open fires where guests can unwind with convivial company. A must for lovers of Scottish art. Live traditional music played each Sunday and Wednesday. The hotel is recommended in Michelin & Good Food Guides and is highly rated in the Best of Scotland guide. To confirm a reservation we ask for a 25% deposit payable at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel a reservation and we are unable to re-sell the room then the following charges will apply. More than 30 days prior to arrival - initial deposit. 30-14 days prior to arrival 50% of contract value. Less than 14 days prior to arrival 100% of contract value. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
