A single static caravan located on its own site consisting of approximately quarter of an acre of grass bordered by trees and shrubs. The site is quiet and situated on a working sheep farm with stunning views of surrounding countryside including Ben Cruachan, Glencruitten and Glen Lonan. The farm lies 2.5 miles from the village of Connel and 4.5 miles from the seaside town of Oban, 'The Gateway to the Isles'. The village of Connel has three licensed hotels which provide meals, a village shop/post office and a doctors surgery with coffee shop. The town of Oban boasts many eating and entertainment establishments, has two supermarkets and a ferry terminal which caters for excursions to the Inner and Outer Hebrides including Mull, home of the popular children's TV programme 'Balamory'. The situation of the caravan is popular for walking,cycling and wildlife because of its quiet position. The only Rare Breeds survival Trust Park in Scotland is located within 2 miles and the popular Sea Life Centre at Barcaldine is a 20 minute drive away. There are many other amenities available in the local area including horse riding go-karting, sea safaris, fishing, golfing and much more. The site has particular advantages for families with young children as it is enclosed with plenty of space within its own boundary.
