Hightrees is a 4 bedroom detached bungalow with views from the lounge of the tall sequoia trees and the head of Loch Goil. Just steps away from the golf course and the footbridge that leads to the shore side walk into the village. Enter via the hallway into the dining and open plan lounge areas with laminate flooring, wall mounted TV and electric fire. This area is bright and roomy and is ideal for family and friends to socialise. There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area. The 4 bedrooms have a flexible sleeping arrangement depending on the make-up of your party. There is a family bathroom as well as a second WC. Ideal for 6 guests but with the option of sleeping up to 9. Outside, and down some steps, you come to a large grassy area leading down to the golf course and Estate road to the Leisure Centre. This is great space for children to play or else to sit out and enjoy the view. Kitchen. 4 bedrooms sleeping 6 guests but can sleep up to 9: 1 double with king sized bed, 1 regular double, plus 2 single rooms with a top bunk. 1 bunk has a fold down single bed and the other bunk has a fold down double bed.
